This high-quality extended-stay hotel is located within walking distance of multiple lodging demand generators including the University of Alabama at Birmingham, the UAB Medical Center, Children’s Hospital of Alabama and St. Vincent’s Hospital. Capstone acquired the hotel from a private institutional seller and retained an experienced independent management company to operate the franchised hotel.
